Q3. How to apply a discount to get a discount at an authorized engaged stores?

A3. Visit stores with a “ Taiwan Discount Card ”sign and show them your Pass card before checking out paying to receive the discount.

Q4. What if I lose the Taiwan discount card?

A4. The card cannot be reimbursed or reissued, please take good care of it.

A5. Please make a return at the original place of purchase.

 

Q6. How to apply for deposit refund?

A6. (1)Please visit Information Counters at Taipei MRT stations or Customer Service Center of EasyCard Corporation for deposit refund.

      (2)A handling fee of NT$20 will be charged for deposit refund.

      (3)Once the Pass has entered the deposit refund process, it cannot be topped up.
